Privacy policy

What personal data this website processes (very little), why, and your rights under the GDPR.

The short version

This website does not ask you to register, does not run advertising trackers, and does not sell data. The little processing that happens is described below.

Who is responsible

The data controller is the website owner identified in the Aviso legal: [COMPLETE BEFORE LAUNCH — name and contact e-mail].

What is processed, and why

  • Server logs. Our hosting provider processes technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to deliver the site securely and reliably. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating the Website.
  • Live weather data. The weather widget on the home page fetches data directly from Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com) from your browser; your IP address is visible to that service when it does. No account or identifier is attached.
  • Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts; your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which involves your IP address.

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising pixels or social-media trackers.

What we do NOT do

  • No account creation, no forms collecting personal data (yet — if a newsletter is added, it will have its own clear consent).
  • No sale or sharing of personal data with third parties for marketing.
  • No profiling.

Your rights (GDPR)

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise them, contact the address in the Aviso legal. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Changes

If the site adds features that process personal data (for example a newsletter), this policy will be updated first, and consent requested where required.
